Hi everyone! Sorry it's been a couple of weeks!
Updates!
- We met a lady named Tamra! We helped her set up her tramp and my hands hurt so bad ahaha! But she is wanting to come to church soon, so it was worth it!
-I GOT TO SEE ABBY RUEGNER! For those of you who don’t know, Abby is basically my little sister and we have been beasties since I can remember! She had a layover in DFW on the way to her mission in Chile and President let me go say hi! It was a very happy day!
-We got to go to the temple last week! There is nothing more peaceful than sitting in the celestial room! Oh I love the temple! Holy moly!
-We had lunch with the cutest older guy (Bro Hinus) for his birthday and we also had lunch with the cutest lady (Cindy).
- We helped decorate 5 Christmas trees, built gingerbread houses with some members, and went caroling this week! Getting into that Christmas spirit!
- My companionship is still fun! Sister Andersen and I are always laughing about the dumbest things and Sister Hall is a good sport and helps us stay on track lol!
- We had zone conference! It was so much fun! I loved all the Christmas things we did and I've decided that President Chapman is the best mission President ever and he cares for and loves his missionaries so much!
- Okay, so I get a call from Romina the other day! If you don't remember, she’s one of my friends from my last zone that I taught. Anyways, she was like "hey what are you doing on Saturday? Can you come for lunch?" She's out of my zone, so I told her I would have to wait and get permission from the President and she goes "oh no, I just called him and he gave y’all permission to come! We are having a BBQ for Sister Berg”! Since Sister Berg is leaving and going home, they had a little goodbye party and it was the sweetest thing ever!
I love the Savior so so so so much! The joy that I feel every single day and the opportunity I get to represent Him is amazing! If any of you want to know anything more about that joy please email me. Savannah.poulson@missionary.org
I love you guys so much have a good week!

This week was so good. I don't have much time. But! I love my new missionary so much! Her name is Sister Andersen! She is so cute, so real, and the three of us have not stopped laughing all week!
My fav experiences this week were:
1. Thanksgiving! We went to 2 members houses and then Sister Andersen and I decided we weren't full enough and so we ate another Thanksgiving when we got home and then I felt slightly sick and I thought "this is more like it”!
2. We had a second day Thanksgiving with a lady in our ward. She invited a cute friend over who wasn't a member! While we were there she asked us to share our testimonies and we were able to testify of Jesus Christ! She then testified of her testimony from her own church and the spirit was so strong! It's so fun to find the similarities between those of different religions!
3. We watched the Christ Child the other day because we were preparing a Christmas message and the spirit I felt was UNREAL! I INVITE YALL TO WATCH IT! I promise it will help you realize the real meaning behind Christmas and that is our Savior Jesus Christ!
Love yall!

Hi!
Sorry it's been a few weeks since I wrote! My P-day is today because we have transfers Monday do to Thanksgiving. We got transfer news and I am training a new missionary wahoo! So, I get to train until I go home!
So as you know from my last email, I got transferred back to Colleyville with Sister Hall. It was crazy! I packed twice in one week! We are all still confused why I got moved so much haha!
Since the last time I wrote:
We had a really good lesson with Rachel and Elle on the Plan of Salvation. Some members in our ward (The Becks) let us have the lesson at their house. Brother Beck is so good at teaching and so he helped us out a lot! It was good!
We have been teaching Ruth over the phone still and I love that lady so much! It's really sad because she always talks about going home from her nursing home but we aren't sure that's going to happen. She really is determined to make it a thing though.
We helped Sister Brunken in her garden again! I love that lady so much. We always laugh when we are with her. Her mother joined us for lunch last week and it was so fun!
We went on a Peace Together Walk which was basically a 3 mile walk with a bunch of religions! There were so many people there and we actually had a really good time!
I got to go on exchanges with SISTER BERG and we got to go to ROMINA’S! President let us have one last day together before Sister Berg finishes her mission! We had a blast and we were laughing the whole time!!
I also saw Sister Bergstrom (or I guess Gabby) haha! She came back to visit the mission and it was so fun to see her again. Woo!
Other than that, I was super sick last week and Sister Hall has been even more sick the last couple days, so we have been taking it slow which has been boring! But, we are getting better!
Here's a little scripture for my spiritual thought! I think it will be fitting with Thanksgiving coming up this next week!
Alma 37:37
"Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day."
Remember to give Heavenly Father Thanks for all he has given to you!
I love you all!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving and week!

Chick-fil-A Breakfast
This week has been wild! So, Wednesday we went to the Chiropractor and Sister Marshall has a stress fracture in her back. Then that night I got a call that I was getting transferred because a sister was leaving to her original assignment in Brazil. So, I was transferred the next day and now I'm in Watauga, which is a city back in the Hurst zone where I was before Colleyville for 6 months. Then I found out Sister Marshall is going home because she needs physical therapy for her back. And now Sister Hall got her flight plans and she is going to Tahiti mid December. So, it's all been WILD!
So, I am now in Watauga and my new companions name is Sister Richards! I love her so much. We have already served with each other before, so I kind of knew her already. She reminds me of a mix of my two good friends, so we have been having a lot of fun together! I was so sad to leave the members in Colleyville and I cried lots, but I will go back and visit.
I saw Romina twice this week because she lives close to here so that is SUPER FUN. I love them so much. They brought me one of my fav things to my apartment the other day….Teriyaki burgers! As they were leaving they told Richards that she's part of the family now that she's comps with me. It was so cute.
Romina also invited us over to her parents last night and we had a big cook out! It was so much fun. For the first hour we were there they were still cooking and so we just played with all the kids and it was a dream! I taught them all the games I played with my kids in India and Africa. They were loving it!
Not much teaching has happened this week because of all the craziness, but we are going to try our best to get the work moving! Love y’all!

**We got to talk to Sister Savan today and while we were talking the mission President called. He is transferring her BACK to Colleyville. She has only been in Watauga for 4 days and she is now heading back to the area she was just in. Guess things changed again and President Chapman needs her back in Colleyville. So, she is packing up and will move back tomorrow**
